Confirmation and acknowledgements

Acknowledgements will be sent after each registration booking, modification and/or cancellation. Please review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of any transaction, please call the Event Organisers, Myriad Events on 02 4337 5629 or events@myriadevents.com.au

Registration Fees
All registration fees are inclusive of GST. The price includes lunch and refreshments, but not parking, which costs $30 for the day. Delegates will be issued tax invoices/tax receipts from Flying Solo Pty Ltd for their conference registration. These will be supplied at the end of this booking process and via email within 48 hours of registration.

Cheque & Direct Debit Payments 
If paying by Cheque or by Electronic Funds Transfer, tickets will only be allocated on receipt of payment. This payment option is only available until 29 August. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued on receipt of payment. 

Cancellations and Refunds 
Cancellations must be made in writing to: events@myriadevents.com.au. Cancellations received prior to 25 August will incur an admin fee of $55 inc GST.
From 25 August to 1 September inclusive, the admin fee increases to $82.50 including GST. 

Cancellations after 1 September and "no shows" will not be refunded.
All tickets are transferable at any time. Please advise name changes to the organiser: events@myriadevents.com.au as soon as possible.

Special requirements 
Please indicate any dietary requirements on the registration form. Other special requirements can be indicated by emailing: events@myriadevents.com.au

Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to present all the information contained on this website and in the program as accurately as possible. Flying Solo Pty Ltd and Myriad Events act only to procure and arrange these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers. No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy or mis-description, nor for delay or damage, including personal injury or death, howsoever caused resulting from or arising out of reliance upon any general or specific information published in relation to Flying Solo Independents’ Day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to change any or all of these details.

Privacy
Delegate contact details will only be released to sponsors where permission has been indicated on the registration form or through a direct request on the day of the event.

Insurance
Delegates should ensure they have sufficient personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, damage or loss of personal effects. Flying Solo Pty Ltd or Myriad Events accept no liability for personal injury or loss or damage to property belonging to delegates during the conference or any affiliated events.
