Motivation

Motivation: How to fire on all cylinders, all the time

One of the most common challenges facing soloists within their business life is the issue of motivation and keeping those levels high in order to achieve consistent and highly productive results.

With simple NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tools and techniques, you can learn how to fire up your own motivation whenever you need to, and thereby boost your productivity and maximise the time and effort you put into running your business. NLP also teaches you how to maintain those levels of motivation at all times and to tap into your internal motivators whenever you need to whilst not relying on external factors or people to keep you motivated.

During this practical and interactive session you will learn how to identify and control your own intrinsic motivation, and how to change your thinking to benefit yourself and your business.

This session covers key strategies that you will be able to implement immediately.

In this session, you will:

  • Discover how to change your thinking to put you in control of your motivation and results on a consistent basis.
  • Learn the power of using your senses and self talk to boost your motivation levels and empower yourself.
  • Identify your unconscious values relating to your own motivation, and what really fires you up without you even necessarily knowing it.
  • How to overcome any success reluctance you may have, or deal with those limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself or a particular skill area to boost your confidence and belief.
  • How to create long lasting anchors that you can use as positive resources over and over again.
