Melissa Norfolk is Founder and Managing Director of innovative internet marketing company the Norfolk Internet Group Pty Ltd.
Melissa has grown the company from a single person, sole trader business to a company with two divisions: Melissa Norfolk Web Design and Melissa Norfolk Technology Presentations. The company provides keynote presentations and workshops on effective use of the internet as well as web design and email marketing advice. Now employing five staff the business has grown rapidly over the past three years.
After completing her Bachelor of Computer Science, Melissa worked for Mobil Oil, Alcoa, GE Capital and Melbourne University before branching out to start her own web design and consultancy business.
She attends the annual International World Wide Web Conference and co-chaired the Online Learning workshop in Hong Kong (2001) and Hawaii (2002).
She is a professional speaker and web designer specialising in building search engine friendly websites and marketing savvy email newsletters that connect businesses with more customers online.
A member of the NSAA, APESMA and BNI, Melissa speaks to business, school and community groups about effective use of the internet, finding what you need online, internet safety and online marketing.
