Deborah is an adjunct faculty member of the Australian Graduate School of Management where she teaches design thinking on the MBA, and is Program Director of a popular three day Executive Program about creative strategy. She is a member of the Creative Skills Training Council. Her passion is to help individuals develop and nurture creativity, and to use their talent to build and sustain dynamic, innovative businesses. Her consulting work has taken her to New Zealand, Singapore and around Australia. She frequently speaks at events on the topics of design and creativity.
