Deborah Kneeshaw introduced Australian business to design thinking as an innovation tool in 2004. She brings to this work extensive knowledge gained both as a designer and as a former lecturer at London’s University of the Arts.

Deborah is an adjunct faculty member of the Australian Graduate School of Management where she teaches design thinking on the MBA, and is Program Director of a popular three day Executive Program about creative strategy. She is a member of the Creative Skills Training Council.

Her passion is to help individuals develop and nurture creativity, and to use their talent to build and sustain dynamic, innovative businesses.

Her consulting work has taken her to New Zealand, Singapore and around Australia. She frequently speaks at events on the topics of design and creativity.

She also loves to paint, and has been exhibited at Shapiro’s Gallery in Sydney.
